DeWayne Gibson
CEO and Founder

DeWayne is the CEO and Co-Founder of Enterprise Selling Solutions (ESS). His resume over his 30+ years in the HVAC industry includes all facets of the business. In his early career he was able to grow his knowledge of service, installation, maintenance and indoor air quality by being a part of a large air conditioning contractor in Charleston, South Carolina. Consolidation in the Mid-90’s forced him into upper management, where he successfully brought a failing service center out of a negative net profit and into the black. In 1999, DeWayne joined a major HVAC manufacturer in Florida. There, he won the Company’s Top Gun Award several years in a row, while driving the lowest attrition rate on existing businesses in the State of Florida. In the early 2000’s, he began working with HVAC contractors to help them grow their businesses. After a few years of growth, he was ready to take his ideas and concepts across the country. To achieve this, DeWayne partnered with Christine Malone, and together they founded ESS. The pair helped develop valuable software for HVAC clients everywhere. DeWayne’s specialty is using his experience in the field and knowledge of how to get things done to help contractors grow their business. He enjoys public speaking and knows how to capture a crowd.
